We know if you’re lying about flossing most of the time! I know there was a study that came out recently that said flossing is a waste of time. I think there are a small group of people who are so healthy that not flossing is not going to do any damage. There’s also an unfortunate group of people who floss multiple times per day and their gum disease is so severe that it doesn’t really help them either. But for the majority of people, I’m going to say 90% of people, if you’re in the middle of that group, removing the bacteria between your teeth can actually stop gum disease and tooth decay.
